Corporate

We partner with businesses and companies to enhance their wellness programing. The levels of burnout of employees are higher than ever. This is having an enormous impact on companies’ bottom lines. Providing tools for employees to cope with the external stressors and the internal emotional cycles is an imperative for companies that want to continue to thrive. Our workshops can incorporate mindfulness, meditation, intentional movement, breathwork and sound healing as  a way to deliver practical toolset that can boost employee’s relationships, overall well-being and consequently the experience at work.

Through various techniques, our offerings help develop emotional intelligence and resilience, reduce stress and anxiety, enhance creativity, improve focus and flexibility, and strengthen team effectiveness and communication. They give employees tools to support a culture of respect and inclusion, which are key in the times we are living.

Mindfulness should no longer be considered a “nice-to-have” for executives. It’s a “must-have: a way to keep our brains healthy, to support self-regulation and effective decision-making capabilities, and to protect ourselves from toxic stress. It can be integrated into one’s religious or spiritual life, or practiced as a form of secular mental training. When we take a seat, take a breath, and commit to being mindful, particularly when we gather with others who are doing the same, we have the potential to be changed.” -Harvard Business Review

What differentiates our approach is that we use a combination of the best modern therapeutic techniques and neuroscience together with the ancient wisdom of Yogic and Daoist practices. This allows the brain and the body to align in order to achieve desired goals. In the world we live in and the type of lives we carry, it’s very common for our mind and body to be disconnected, which leads to high levels of stress and burnout. By reconnecting to our bodies, we allow our physicality to do its part and help us live a healthier life.

Sara works as a software engineer at a tech company and Valentina worked for 10+ years in the pharmaceutical industry. This shapes our first hand understanding of the need for mindfulness in the workplace. Our experience as Diversity, Equity and Inclusion workplace champions and education in anti-racism and allyship shape our language to be non-gendered, inclusive and empowering.

Why our clients appreciate our work:

Rise in Love conducted a workshop for the Pride at Google NYC group in September. Sara and Valentina did an incredible job – the class was engaging and informational, attendees were able to learn new ways of connecting with their bodies and recharging their minds. The virtual format worked really well, allowing our members to choose how visible they wanted to be during the workshop. I would recommend this workshop to other groups and look forward to hosting another event with Rise in Love.

Sara and Valentina have led a variety of meditations for the virtual meditation community which I organize.  Their sessions are often the most well attended and highest rated because of the thoughtfulness, creativity, care and energy they bring to the retreat.  I am inspired by their ability to create a space that is both expansive and cozy.  They invite people to grow and explore their edges while allowing for every person to be grounded within their own experience.  Sara often will choose a theme for the retreat and is able to transform that theme that is expressed through either movement or meditation.  She has a gift in her ability to change the energy of a virtual space. Valentina introduces new ways for participants to interact with and explore themselves.  For me personally, accessing some of those deep parts can be scary.  Yet Valentina leads with an invitation and care, allowing me (and other participants) to feel safe while exploring those shadow parts. I highly recommend Sara and Valentina for group and individual experiences.
